1. Barrel Main Body

3. Barrel Doors And Seals
Design: one side of the drum wall plate opening, easy to plating small parts from the opening into the drum, and then cover the drum door opening closed.
The drum door and the cylinder cooperate closely to ensure that there is no clamping and jamming of the parts, and to ensure the stability and safety of the electroplating process.

Material quality:
Seals are usually made of materials such as rubber or PTFE and are used to prevent leakage of plating solutions.

4. Bearing And Speed Reducer
Composition: Bearing is the component supporting the shaft, usually made of copper alloy or stainless steel, its function is to reduce the friction and wear of the shaft.
The reducer is a component used to reduce the rotation speed of the drum, usually made of cast iron or aluminum alloy, and equipped with transmission parts such as gears and bearings.
Function: Ensure that the drum can rotate stably and uniformly during electroplating, and improve electroplating efficiency and quality.

5. Other Accessories
Hanging ring: parts for lifting and fixing electroplating rollers, generally made of cast iron or high quality carbon steel.
Sensor: the components used to monitor the internal state of the electroplating drum, such as temperature, pressure, liquid level and other parameters, are generally made of stainless steel or Teflon and other materials.
