Rolling plating line is an automatic production line designed for electroplating process, its core feature is the use of drum electroplating. This production line can efficiently electroplating a large number of small pieces, such as screws, nuts and other hardware. The main components of the rolling plating production line include the pretreatment area, rolling plating tank, cleaning area, drying area and retreatment area.
In the pretreatment area, the parts to be plated will be removed, rusted, and activated to ensure that the surface is clean and ready for plating. Components of Plating Line
