Product Formation
Phosphorization production line mainly includes the following parts:
Pre-treatment area: used for the pretreatment of the metal surface, such as degreasing, rust removal, oil removal, etc., to ensure the phosphorization effect.
Phosphorization tank: it is the core part of the phosphating production line, used for phosphating treatment. The phosphating tank is equipped with an orthophosphate solution containing manganese, zinc and other elements, and the solution is evenly coated on the metal surface by impregnation, spraying and other ways.
Cleaning area: used to clean the phosphorated metal surface to remove residual phosphoids and impurities.
Drying area: used to dry the phosphorized metal surface to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
 

Operational Principle
The working principle of the phosphorization production line is to send the metal parts to be treated to the pre-treatment area for pretreatment, and then enter the phosphorization tank for phosphating treatment. In the phosphating tank, the metal parts chemically reacts with the orthophosphate solution to form a phosphate coating on the metal surface. Next, the metal parts enter the cleaning area for cleaning to remove the residual phosphide fluid and impurities. Finally, the metal parts enter the drying area for drying treatment to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
