3. Operational Principle
The working principle of the exhaust gas spray tower is to introduce the exhaust gas from the air duct into the tower and through the packing layer. After the absorption liquid is pressurized at the bottom of the tower, it is sprayed down on the tower and contacted with the exhaust gas for gas and liquid exchange. The harmful substances in the exhaust gas are absorbed by the absorption liquid to achieve the purpose of purification. The absorber then flows back to the bottom of the tower for reuse.
