The cleanliness levels of electronic factories, hospitals, and food processing workshops are classified from low to high into 10000, 1000, and 100 levels. The commonly referred to level 100 cleanliness level refers to a minimum of 100 particles larger than or equal to 0.5 microns in a space of 1 cubic foot, level 10 is a minimum of 10 particles in a space of 1 cubic foot, and level 1000 cannot exceed 1000 particles. To achieve a relatively high utilization rate of various painting equipment, it is necessary to establish a reasonable painting production line: first, determine the production plan, complete the process design, and plan the scheme, and then proceed with the design, manufacturing, and installation of non-standard equipment. Therefore, process design and scheme planning are the foundation for establishing a production line, and a correct and reasonable route will have a decisive impact on production operations and product quality. The content of process design mainly includes: pre-treatment methods for surface coating quality requirements of workpieces, spraying methods, process flow, coating performance, spraying environment, time, etc. Coating equipment manufacturers should be based on integrity, not use fake or inferior components, not bid or quote at low prices, and not request compensation or price adjustments during the manufacturing process or debugging, in order to avoid or reduce disputes. Strengthen internal management, improve cost management, quality management, and marketing management levels, practice thrift, and reduce costs.
