Inspection And Preparation Work Before Loading The Annealing Furnace

(1) Check if the cooling circulating water system is functioning properly and if the inlet and outlet gates are open. Whether the cooling water flowing through the circulating fan and furnace door is unobstructed, whether there is any leakage, whether the cooling water pressure reaches 0.1-0.3Mp, whether the water temperature is below 25 ℃, and whether the water volume is appropriate.
(2) Check if the wind pressure system is normal, if there is any air leakage in the pipeline, if the wind pressure reaches 0.4-0.6Mp, and if the furnace door cylinder is working properly.
(3) Check if the electrical equipment and instruments are working properly, if the thermocouples are intact, if there are any short circuits, and if the temperature measurement is accurate.
(4) Check if the furnace door lifting mechanism is working properly, and if the chain and wire rope are damaged or broken. The lifting and lowering of the furnace door should be free of jamming or collision, the mechanism must be flexible, the furnace door safety pin can extend and retract freely, and the up and down travel switches should work sensitively and reliably.
(5) Check whether the lubrication of the bearings of the circulating fan and the blowing fan is good, whether the rotation is normal, and whether there is any noise.
(6) Remove obstacles and flammable materials around the stove. Clean the aluminum shavings and dirt inside the furnace, aluminum coil, trolley, and trolley track.
