After drying, test the insulation resistance with a 500V meter, and the resistance value should not be less than 0.5 megohms. Before use, be sure to check the insulation of the power connector, power cord, and the entire circuit.
2. Check if the automatic power-off device for opening and closing the annealing furnace door is intact to avoid electric shock. Do not touch the electric heater during product loading and unloading to avoid accidents in case of automatic power-off device failure. When the working voltage of the annealing furnace exceeds 36 volts, there should be a good grounding device.
3. The automatic temperature control device of the well type annealing furnace can ensure the correct combustion curvature according to the specified heating curvature, and pay attention to the normal use of various measuring instruments.
4. The stove should be kept clean regularly, and impurities such as iron oxide should be removed after work, but it must be cleaned after cutting off the power and reducing the furnace temperature.
5. Furnaces that use explosive gases or release harmful gases must have explosion-proof devices or other safety measures.
