Electrophoretic Coating Line

Drying system: The drying system is used to dry the coating particles deposited on the surface of the workpiece to form a tough coating and improve its appearance quality.
Post-treatment system: the system is composed of surface coating for rust prevention, sealing, painting, etc. The main function is to protect the coating formed on the surface of the workpiece, and improve its durability and service life.
Cleaning system: the cleaning system is mainly used for cleaning equipment, pipes and system to keep the production environment clean and hygienic to avoid pollution to products.
Electrical control system: the electrical control system is mainly composed of PLC, touch screen, servo motor, frequency converter and other electrical equipment, forming the electrical automatic control system, to realize automatic control, improve production efficiency and product quality.
