Powder Coating Line

Powder coating production line is a highly automated production line. Product Formation
Powder supply device: powder coating is in the fluidized state in this device, through the action of compressed air, the powder and air mixed, form the powder gas mixture, through the wenturi powder pump and powder pipe, and finally transported to the spray gun. The powder feeding device has a powerful capability to ensure sufficient pressure and flow rate even in a long-distance powder feeding tube.
Spraying area: This is the core area of the powder coating line, where the spraying guns spray the powder coating evenly on the surface of the object to be coated. The spray gun atomizes the powder coating through high pressure air and electrocharges the powder through electrostatic interaction to form a uniform coating on the surface of the object to be applied.
Curing area: The sprayed object enters the curing area, is heated by a conveyor belt or oven, and causes the powder coating to melt and fuse with the surface of the object. During the curing process, powder coating form a solid film with excellent wear, corrosion and weather resistance.
Cooling zone: After curing, the items enter the cooling area for rapid cooling and curing. Generally using cold air or water cooling way to complete the work of the cooling area.
Inspection and packaging area: the cooled items enter the inspection area for quality inspection. Only qualified items can enter the packaging area for packaging and storage.
