Precautions for curing process of coating production line

The precautions to be taken in this process include: for workpieces that have been sprayed, if they are produced in small batches, be careful not to knock off the powder before entering the curing furnace. If there is any powder scraping phenomenon, timely powder spraying should be carried out. Strict craftsmanship, temperature, and timing control are required during baking, and attention should be paid to avoiding color differences, excessive baking, or insufficient curing caused by short baking times.

For workpieces that are actively transported in large quantities, it is necessary to carefully check for any missed spraying, thinning, or partial powder wiping before entering the drying oven. If any non-conforming parts are found, they should be carefully inspected to avoid entering the drying oven and removed for re spraying as much as possible. If a single workpiece is not qualified due to thin spraying, it can be re sprayed and re cured after curing in the drying oven.

The so-called painting refers to covering the protective layer or decorative layer on the surface of metal and non-metal. The painting assembly line has gone through a development process from craftsmanship to production lines, and to active production lines. The degree of automation is becoming increasingly high, so the use of painting production lines is becoming more and more widespread and deepening into multiple areas of the national economy.
