How to deal with various wastes generated by the painting production line

Most painting production lines have a common feature, which is that various wastes are generated during the painting process. If not properly disposed of, it can easily cause pollution to the surrounding environment. In order to prevent such results, the waste from the painting production line has corresponding treatment methods, so that the application of the production line can also achieve green and environmental protection.

1. Types of waste generated in the painting production line
During the painting process, in addition to solid waste residue, there are also waste gases, wastewater, noise, and so on, all of which are classified as waste. Because the characteristics of each type of waste are different, the treatment methods also vary.

2. Methods for treating exhaust gases in painting production lines
In the painting production line, exhaust gases are emitted from various processes such as pre-treatment, paint spraying room, leveling room, and drying furnace. In order to effectively treat the pollution caused by exhaust emissions, on the one hand, if coatings containing organic solvents cannot be used, and on the other hand, high concentration organic solvent exhaust gases are collected and treated, detailed methods include incineration, catalytic incineration, adsorption, etc.

3. Origin and Treatment of Wastewater in Coating Production Line
The wastewater also comes from pre-treatment in the painting production line. The general method is to collect all the wastewater in the basement and manage it according to the type of wastewater. For example, water should be neutralized, deposited, filtered, and discharged for acidic and alkaline wastewater; Wastewater containing chromium should be treated using methods such as electrolysis and chemical reduction to remove harmful substances.

4. The treatment process of waste residue in the painting production line
The waste residue here is mainly composed of paint residue and sediment generated after wastewater treatment. It can be dehydrated using a plate and frame filter press first, and then transported to a dedicated place for storing waste residue.
